Its the Earl Crag this week. A top class crag for bouldering and trad climbing. It stays pretty cold up there so the conditions may even be ok for some decent bouldering if its still hot elsewhere.

Otherwise you've got Tiger Wall and Earl crack two of the finest routes on grit.

I don't think I would make this one, regardless of the weather, a bit too far on a weekday.
Having spent over 4 hours last week to get to Almscliffe & back, I'll either stay more local to York, or go indoors!

I wouldn't form the angry mob, but others would. Slogging up a few VDiffs in the rain is pretty harmless as far as I'm concerned. Bouldering on wet rock is a different story.

Yeah its been kind of a hit and miss summer so far. I'm sure that people will be up for climbing later in the week somewhere. Post up on the board or the Facebook page. We've got a Millstone meet this Saturday too.
