Graham, sounds good for both driving and climbing.
The Burly-ngo is good for carrying lots of kit but a bit thirsty on fuel.
If anyone else needs a lift there will be space.
Tho I'm happy to get a lift in a more efficient vehicle.
Fingers crossed for good weather!

Been totally disorganised. Are there still camping spaces? If not and I camp at Turner Hall Farm can I still join you in the evening for BBQ? I know this isn't normally allowed for hut meets. Please can someone advise?

Sorry Helen, thought i had't had a reply so re-posted. Failed to notice the bulletin board had multiple pages of replies. Duh! BBQ question answered, just need to know whether there are still spaces, if so I'll send a cheque. If not, Turner Hall farm it is then join you for BBQ.

Hi Kate
There are 2 spaces free at the moment, Claire says she is sending in a cheque but I haven't received it yet, but that still leaves one space. If I receive any other bookings I will let you know and update my earlier post. As it is the summer bash you are welcome at the hut even if you are camping at Turner Hall Farm.

On the BBQ h/w front, I've got a small portable one that folds flat, 2 disposables & probably about a 3rd of a 5kg bag of charcoal left.

What's everyone else bringing?

Btw - has anyone heard from Luke recently? I've tried to contact him wrt car sharing but haven't received a reply as yet.

Hi Helen
Vicky and I will drive over together.
We have a new gas BBQ which we plan to bring and try out.
We will bring our own meat and bread.

I expect we'll arrive between 9 and 9.30 ish.

Looking forward to it.

Luke was last seen staring at a flower with tears of rapture at its beauty. Something has changed in this boy.

Lisa and I are bringing a small bbq and charcoal for it.

The meets book was handed over to Will I thought at the committee meeting.

I'll bring the meets book Helen.

JR I think I may be sharing a lift with Luke as he will be near my work.

I'll bring some bbq food and some fuel if I can nab some space on someones bbq?

If it's just the two of us then I'm happy to drive - but if anyone else from the Wharfedale Massive wants to join in then the ngo would be the better choice as my DS3 can feel a little cramped...

I'm lift sharing with Will from Guiseley. I'll be bringing some BBQ food if I could hopefully get some space on a BBQ at some point. Cheers.

Sara, that sounds bloody marvelous.

Norbert, would it be ok to for you to take us in the gas-guzzler?

I reckon I'm good to go from about 5-ish.
