LMC Members are in for a treat in the next episode of our Slide Night Series.

Monday 7th December at 8pm

On Monday 7th December at 8pm we'll be graced with the experience and knowledge of Tom Davison of Crux Therapy.
Join in on Zoom to discover all about our bodies ability to cope with training loads, how to adapt, and key tips to navigate avoiding injury. It will all be climbing specific but can be related to other sports too so hikers and bikers fear not! Tom welcomes any questions and wants to make this an engaging presentation that will entertain and educate us to prevent injury in our outdoor pursuits.
ABOUT TOM
Tom has been climbing since 2002. His passion for climbing started in the South of England climbing sandstone outcrops in his teens. He quickly trained as a climbing instructor at the age of 16 while at school and working at Mile End Climbing Wall.

He currently implements an Occupational health and Physiotherapy program to Mars Group through Crystal Palace Physio Group, treats private clients at Jamie Bell Physiotherapy, and runs Crux Physiotherapy:

He spends his free time climbing in mainly Yorkshire and North Wales mixing bouldering, sport and trad climbing equally. Traveling abroad for conferences and climbing trips alike.
