I'm planning to come to this - both camping and climbing - if conditions are good.

I might be looking for a climbing partner too.

As well as the delights of the pub nearby Hardhurst farm used to have a nice cafe on site where you could get breakfast, including Derbyshire oatcakes. This was some time ago, I hope it is still there.

I plan to come along, weather dependent, so would be happy to climb with you, Tom, if you wish.

I'm planning on coming to this one - hopefully both camping and climbing if the weather is OK. Could still be keen for a walk on one of days if it's not really any good for climbing but not a complete washout.

Any more interest in this? It will be swell!

The forecast is quite changeable at the moment so I am hopeful but I am keeping an eye on the weather forecast with a view to making a final decision on camping tomorrow and leaving the final decision for the Lawrencefield Climbing meet until Friday/Saturday. It is looking like a similar forecast throughout the UK.

I may attend the Sunday climb if anyone is willing to do a few easy routes.

Sorry Karl, I'm working a 12hr on Saturday but I am thinking of going for the Sunday Lawrencefield meet. The weather is currently looking dry for Sunday, will post later to say if I'm definitely coming.

Right the weather is still changeable for Saturday but I am hopefull and I will be camping, as such the camping meet at Hardhurst Farm is on. :D and I will be letting the campsite know that a handful of us are planning to come. If anyone else is planning to join us let me know and I will keep an eye out. New members are most welcome!! My mobile number is in the private section, PM me on here or facebook if you have any queries.

My plan is to head over with Lisa after work probably leaving Leeds around 18:00. I will most likely be in the traveller's rest pub around 21:00 for drinkiepoos.

Saturday I will walk or climb depending on the weather, Lisa has a walk planned that includes railway tunnels (as close as you can get to a peak Snakes, Ladders and Chains apparently), so we might do that is climbing is not on the cards.

Saturday night we will probably grab some food in a pub somewhere.

Sunday - Lawrencefield
Lisa and I will head there for about 10:00 happy for anyone to jump on a rope with me and Lisa is happy to hold a rope for you Lindsay as you attempt Suspense, I might even have a look at it on toprope which would be intersesting if things went wrong!! 'Splash'

I'm still planning to come for camping and climbing. I'm going to head down Friday mid-afternoon, as early as I can, so may well be first. Black Polo and dark green Quasar.

Jen is in Buxton on Saturday for her brother's birthday; she will head over Sunday morning to join the climbing. Sorry Paul, that's me booked for climbing.

On Saturday I'm happy to do what the conditions allow, be it climbing or walking. Just to throw a third option into the mix there is some very friendly bouldering nearby which lends itself well to showery days when the rock goes in and out of condition:

I'll put my pad in the car just in case. At the very least it makes an excellent campsite chaise longue...

Looking to get my breakfast in the campsite cafe, and eat in a pub on Saturday night.

Planning to head over with Lindsay S and give leading a bash if there is some easy stuff to get up. Also keen to jump on the end of any routes up to VS.

Based on the amount of rain today and the chance of light rain early on tomorrow I think a fast drying venue is probably more sensible.

I am changing the climbing meet location to Stanage Popular end.
