Can I come please? Possibly with a bonus Ruth. We were there last week and it was boss.

I'm interested in getting on more VS and HVS multi-pitch - backup plan would include heading up for some 'Gogarth Lite' though I need to look at the tides.
Anyone else interested in that too? Probably makes sense to try and sort out partners now.

Huw - what did get done last week?

I am free this weekend after all! I'd be up for the scramble since I've never been to Tryfan yet and Adam and Eve are calling out to me. Would also love a bit of multipitch, though HVS sounds like it would be pushing it.

I too am keen for the scramble. Also keen to get some lead practice in on some VDiffs-Severes (though I don’t have gear) if that fits with anyone’s plans

We are withdrawing from this Meet. I have been on the waiting list for a shoulder operation and have just been contacted to say there has been a cancellation and they can fit it in on Tuesday. It's totally out of the blue, I didn't even have a date for the operation. I have to do a covid test on Saturday morning, then isolate if I pass it. If it all goes well I will be out of action for a while.
I hope the weather is good and you all have a good time.

Cheers

I have just been informed of the no dogs rule. I should have known as I could see the sheep when I was there in the summer! As I have custody of Buddy this weekend I will need to drop out. Have a good time everybody.

Sorry to hear that you won't be coming now John, but glad to hear you've got a date for your op. That sounds like a real stroke of luck!

I hope it all goes well and gets you on the road to being back on form soon.

And when you wake up from the op and they offer you something for the pain, just say 'Yes', recline and enjoy!

Best of luck with the op John!

Hopefully see you out and about with two working shoulders come the new year I guess?

No dogs.....boooooooo! I hadn't noticed that. I'll have to gracefully decline too (I was all packed up and everything!).

Good luck with the shoulder opp John. Speedy recovery. :D

Weather’s looking alright, hope you’re all getting psyched!

We’ve booked in for 12 people under Leeds Mountaineering Club, don’t forget to bring cash (£14 for two nights) to pay the campsite! I won’t be there Friday night at least, assume you can organise yourselves for some quality mountain funtimes?

I’m up for some multi-pitch VS too. Let’s hope there’s something dry!
If not then slate?

Good luck with the op John!

Sophie and I are driving up Friday night, what are people's plans for Saturday tea? Pub? :D

I'm hoping to arrive early evening on Friday (to pitch my tent before it gets dark). And planning to cook and eat at the campsite both nights.

I'm keen to climb if it's dry, so hopefully I can make a plan with someone on Friday night. Looking at the attendees, I'm realising I don't know many of you!
