Also car sharing, I'm in need of lift unfortunately. It's my 4 day weekend so got Friday off to get places

Lift-wise, can leave from Moortown any time after 3:30; will drive if necessary but my Yaris struggles with the roughness of the road surface up to the hut (though possibly not as much as some!), so also very happy to be driven

On the communal food front, we've got a couple of veggies at least, plus some other dietry requirements (the main one being gluten free).

On the transport front, I know Penny might be coming in and sleeping in her van to solve dog sitting problems (i.e. she can bring the dog)! So that's probably one extra person she could take (but that's obviously up to her).

Helen/Dixy are one 'van-load'.
Anna/Amy/Tayah are one 'Big White Party Bus' load!
I understand that Clare T and Sarah S are sharing transport.

If push comes to shove, I am prepared to 'scrape my sump' (see previous Coppermines trip write-up) to get there in my car - that might give me some flexibility for me to bring my bike after all and try and find a route without loads of fallen trees still to be cleared!

Stephen - I don't think there's anyone near where you live, unfortunately, unless Peter's got a functioning car again - we also need to ask the question about parking as the YMC site doesn't say anything, so I presume you've been sent some info via the hut secretary?

Ive just checked the distance and it just within my personal allowance on my work van. So if no lift is available I'll just come over in my work van.

I can also easily get into Leeds city centre with Gemma in the morning if need be. I'm off work anyway.

No parking outside or adjacent to the property. Park vehicles on the lower track sufficiently clear of the foot bridge to allow cars and quarry wagans to pass.
