Regards lifts.....
I'll be leaving Guiseley around 9-9.30 on Friday morning if anyone fancies a lift (2 spaces available) My plan is to park up at High House, then do Base Brown before it gets dark. Any interested company is welcome to join me!

Hi Andy Although I've offered to bring a trifle, I'm not sure if if it's needed as you already have a choice of 3 puds for people to choose from. Never having been before I'm happy to take your advice on what to bring instead. I'm wondering about either some cheese to go with the cake, some Bailey'...

Hi KirstyKirsty.Lightfoot wrote:Awesome! Anyone heading there from Leeds/ know best public transport route that way?
The X84 goes from Leeds, through Headingley, down past the Chevin (if you fancy a walk or bouldering beforehand) then into Otley.

Very doubtful as I'm thinking it'll be cold during the night by then.Ainsworp wrote:I will be there, is anybody thinking of camping before/ after? Peter
I'll most likely be driving up early Sunday morning from Guiseley. If I have room you're more than welcome to have a lift.

Hi John
I could potentially be interested in this, obviously depending on the weather!
Thanks for suggesting it

Re: Tuesday 23rd Caley Crag
Thanks both
I'll keep an eye on the BB and any further posts to see what others are planning to do and hopefully I'll come down and get some more experience of 'proper' climbing!!
If I don't make it tomorrow fingers crossed for the weather and Almscliffe the week after next .

Re: Tuesday 23rd Caley Crag
Hi Will Having had a quick look at the logbook am I right in thinking this is more of a bouldering meet than climbing? I'm quite keen to come along but I've only climbed outdoors once (last year) and although I've climbed regularly at Leeds Uni would say I'm definitely a novice when it comes to outd...
