I'd like to come on this, maybe for a beer but not a burger.
Hopefully it will be dry!
And I've just paid my subs!

No worries Dave.
Work has put on a meeting at short notice so I won't be able to come. Hope the weather is good.

I'd like to come along.
Dave, I can give you a lift. I work near Woodhouse moor so can pick up from the N part of town if that works.

Re: Morocco trip 2024
Hi John,
Edit - change of plans
I can make those dates now, I'll get in touch.
I'm definitely on for easy grade climbing. I think the trad climbing has an element of adventure I'm too nesh for.
The prospect of being stranded, broken in a local hospital is a bit beyond me!
Cheers,
Norbert.

I'm also tempted by some two wheeled action - but logistics need to be worked out!

Re: Morocco trip 2024
I'm still keen. Though it may be a bit cold in the mountains that early in the year. Tomorrow's meteo 3/2/23 is suggesting a high of 11 degrees C. (https://freemeteo.co.uk/weather/tafraout/weekend/weekend/?gid=2531877&language=english&country=morocco) I will go along with the majority but th...

Re: Right to roam
I totally agree with what you are saying Joey. Many years ago when I was on a uni trip, climbing on the Dewerstone, we strayed onto private land. The farmer spotted us and drove his tractor 300m across a field to shout abuse at us. We were trying to get back onto the footpath and didn't need the fru...

Re: Morocco trip 2024
I'm interested.
I've been as a tourist many times...
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VXsbJcXiPRk
and once for the mountains with Corky.
It would be good to try some rock climbing, trad or sport.

Re: 9th-10th Sep Llanberis Camping
I have hurt my knee and so won't be able to come.
Will those of you going arrange transport with each other and climbing groupings?
It looks like the forecast for the weekend is good up to Sunday evening on the Met office website so it should be good.

Re: K Shoes - Borrowdale 10th-11th December 2021
I shall be picking PJ up straight after work and so will be heading up from Bradford way. Might be a mission to swing back via Otley. Is there someone else who is passing thru Otley to pick up John?
The soup will be something orange, vegan and only slightly hot.
