Hi Dave,

I put up a post at the start of April regarding First Aid training with some dates and estimations of cost after discussing with Will at Will4Adventure. https://leedsmc.org/bulletinboard/viewto ... f=9&t=5360

So far the only interest has been from Lindsay, If people are interested in First aid training please can they reply to the topic in the link above so I can gauge numbers.

Thanks,

Will

I'm interested in the Multi pitch efficiency day. I will be sending a cheque.

Great thanks for the interest. I will update the opening post as cheques arrive. As with normal meets cheques will be cashed after the training.

Anyone else interested? Would it be better if I moved the date of the nav course?

Thanks,

It's the 'advanced' bit that puts me off! I'm still hovering around DofE bronze level (and I could probably do with a refresher on that)! The date could also be a problem, but I won't know until much nearer the time.

I'd be interested in doing the Advanced Navigation course if it was on a murky damp November weekend when there wasn't much else going on. But not in the middle of summer.

I'll admit to being in Kev's camp, I don't know how useful advanced stuff would be for me and I don't want to hold back what the rest of the group get out of it.

I'd agree that sometime later in the year would be preferable as well - I need to take every opportunity I can at the minute to go climbing!
