As I joined October 2020 I'm not familiar with renewing my subs. Would I have had to pay before 27th December for 2023 in order to book onto this meet? Website still states £25 but having had a hunt back through emails and posts it is now £27?

Hi Everyone,

Just a note that the list of attendees / reserves on the first post is not correct as places have not yet been allocated by the website! Therefore don't pay for your place until it has been confirmed tomorrow (28th Dec). Paul - you'll need to update tomorrow with the list of confirmed attendees and reserves.

The new booking system works the same way as the old booking system meaning that as there are more sign ups than places available on 27th December you won't know if you have a place until the website randomly allocates places. Only the meet leader is guaranteed a place, for everyone else it is a random lottery - the same as it used to be when the meet leader had to perform a ballot when cheques arrived on the same day.

Fingers crossed to make the cut!

Wow thats a popular meet. I've emailed (Paul also the meet leader!) to see if there's any additional spaces free as I'm not sure we've booked the whole hut. So watch this space for the potential of releasing a few more spaces
