Pheonix Rises

Post by xphoenix0 »

Hey Happy New Year

where is everyone this board is quiet !

well its been a little while, six months but I finally managed to make my first ascent with new leg.

I set off for a sunset ascent of pen-y-gent on 28/12/2014 very wintery.

Meeting a strange wizard looking chap at the start of my adventure, but that's how all new adventures start.

yesterday was out with Sam for a few hours looking at strange shake holes & Mossdale Scar

We were also feeling quite generous so we repaired a random broken wall...

Will be at the pub on Tuesday as usual.

Pics Below..

Its still early days but Looking forward to some new Adventures

So, did you mean wizard, or merely wizened (or perhaps wise?) when you bumped into me at Horton!

Glad to see you back out. (where's the 'like' button for the BB?)

I don't know what's happened to the rest of 'em - I just got out to the Glen this afternoon - surprising amount of run-off but there were enough problems dry to make it worthwhile.

Good stuff John!
See you on a climb/meet soon!
I like the photos from the comp and have 'nicked' them to do myself a calendar for this year! Cheers!

That's brilliant news John! Well done :)

Maybe Ingleborough next, and before you know it you'll be walking up big mountains in the Lakes and North Wales again 8)
