Roll up roll up! LMC are booked in for a Roaches adventure on the 18th and 19th of June. Famed for the large amount of 3* multipitches this is a must visit to hone your skills without having to scale a mountain.
We have fully reserved the campsite at Hazel Barrow Farm https://www.ukcampsite.co.uk/sites/revi ... evid=14236 so it's going to be a jolly old time! No vans unfortunately so those with posh rides will have to slum it in a tent with the rest of us

I'm coming with Dixy. I stayed here last year and its fantastic, walking distance to roaches, ramshaw and 5 min walk to a little bouldering venue perfect for a evening's warm down climb after dinner.
If the meet does get full I'll give up our places and van camp at the crag, as we're doing a crazy and coming directly from a friends wedding in London on the Friday night!
So we don't have to book separately, right? Just pay on site or provide you with monies?
Also, noticed this is Fri/Sat so if we want to stay one more night (until Sunday), that shouldn't be a problem right? (obviously paid additionally)
Yes pay on the day separately, they take card or cash. The lovely Jane reserved the campsite without payment for the club in to stay Fri and Saturday night .i.e. leave on Sunday (after climbing of course!). If you want to stay until Monday I'm sure that'd be fine but I'd check in advance.
I looked back on previous years meets and saw the dates always for just nights camping for so followed suite in the calendar. It makes more sense to me to say 18-20 so I'm happy to change that convention!
Yeah the dates of weekend meets are listed as the dates of the nights that we stay over since the pricing for huts/camp sites is per night so 18-19th is 2 nights, 18-20th would indicate 3 nights.
