I've already been shopping this week so I'll pass on the communal meal this time - happily I have curry and rice!

I'm hoping to hop in with someone whether that is JR, Penny or anyone else passing through Shipley. I don't think the Lady Wagon is quite ready for off roading

Hi all, sorry but I won't make it anymore, I had a positive covid test this morning. So will be back in action next week :(

I'll do a butter chicken along with something else I've not quite decided on.

Peter - you're likely to be going near Dr Ponting's place as he's in north Leeds.

JR.
If JR is correct as to your route then that would be great if you could, Peter; otherwise can drive to you or Sara if that’s easier and there’s somewhere to park?

I've left it to the absolute last minute but my cheque is now in the post! As with Joey, if it doesn't arrive I can do a bank transfer...

On communal meals - I'll sort myself given vegan-ish requirements.

I'll be leaving Otley after dinner on Friday - happy to give a lift to anyone who's still around then.

Routes wise, this looks interesting (probably skipping the freezing cold gill scramble) - https://www.ukhillwalking.com/logbook/r/?i=1230 . I was also hoping to do this route last weekend but circumstances intervened - I wouldn't be comfortable without ropes though and don't have the skills to lead it - https://www.summitpost.org/pike-o-stick ... ace/361048 . Happy to go with whatever people want to do though! I'll also pack my running kit if anyone wants to jog round the Langdale Horseshoe  .

I’m a bit late to the party messages, but just to say I’ll give the communal meal a miss, and stick to my minimalist Saturday night veggie gruel.
Sorry to hear about The covid Amy, hope you don’t feel too shabby.

Sorry I should have said I’m leaving Whitkirk at 2, to pick Sara up before 3 in Otley. If anybody can get to my house for 2 or I can pick up en route then happy to have another passenger.

Btw, I can bring a veg curry if that fits. If so would be good to understand hotness tolerances

That's a bit too early for me, I'm afraid Peter - I can leave early but not that early... I'll sort something else out!

Veggie curry would be great. Can handle medium spice. I'll see about sourcing some bhaji

So car wise it looks like a good fit time wise would be Steve with Sara and Peter; and Dave P with Dan A.
I suppose Joey could join Anna and Tayah since Amy's had to drop out?

RE food - are we going to need a pickle tray and some popadums?

Sorry for the late reply but I'll opt out of the communal meal if that is ok. I tend to eat early but I'll certainly join you socially.

Count me out of the communal meal, I can get hangry :? so think I might like to just quickly warm up a premade meal. Would still like to join you though for socialising
