Re: Project - Poland
Epic, Surely an early pitch for 'Mountaineer(s) of the Year' ...
Re: Project - Poland
So the correct way of drinking Cherry Vodka is:I need to hear more about the vodka please?
1. Get a whisky glass
2. Fill 30% of glass with with crushed ice (cube ice will suffice - but crushed better)
3. Add 2 slices of lemon
4. Add 50ml (or more) of Cherry Vodka
5. ... and most importantly – a splash of love (yeah, a Cyberpunk reference, couldn't stop myself)
6. Sip slowly and enjoy the taste!
Warning: Do NOT get drunk on this - hangover is really, really bad! Just have a few!
* What John forgot to add is on the way to "Kasprowy Wierch" we bagged Nosal (1206), then Boczan (1224m). Also, on the way to Swinica we went through "Beskid" (2012m) and "Skrajna Turnia" (2097m).
Overall, an awesome trip.. just a shame we got such a massive dump of snow the first few days (made the avalanche risk very real). Also, not much of paths anywhere so we had to make our own (damn hard in deep snow).

Re: Project - Poland
Top excursion and a top set of pictures there lads
I also like the fact that Polish for avalanches is 'lawinima' (if I've typed that correctly)
JR.
