Not sure if another main is needed?? Let me know - I'd be happy to do a veggie chilli but could be a bit similar to a refried bean dish!

I can bring some sort of pudding/dessert but it will likely be very un-mexican as I've no real idea what a Mexican pudding consists of and I don't trust myself with a flan!
